The company, headquartered on the revitalized Camden waterfront, just across the river from Philadelphia, requires the talents of a special type of tough-to-find engineer. Rather than relying on an overpriced staffing agency, L-3 partnered with Alstin to develop an invitation-only open house mailer that would go directly to the engineers they were targeting while communicating all L-3 had to offer.
