Alstin developed a multimedia eCard for Spirit AeroSystems with recruitment messaging aimed at engineering professionals. The “Where Every Seat Is a Window Seat” theme communicated the entrepreneurial nature of the company and the ability for employees to make a real impact. It also worked to market Spirit’s locations, highly ranked for numerous quality of life indicators. The eCard blast went out to approximately 70,000 engineers. To date, the client has received 300+ direct responses from the campaign and tracked approximately 3,000 hits on the site. Spirit AeroSystems employees also received the eCard, and over a five week trend, the organization saw a 50%+ increase in new profiles based on employee referrals. |
